About the Job
VOS MISSIONS:
- Réserver et gérer les réservations à l'aide de notre logiciel interne, garantissant une expérience fluide pour les clients.
- Assister les clients lors de l'enregistrement et du départ, en les accueillant chaleureusement et en rendant leur séjour inoubliable.
- Gérer les paiements et la caisse avec précision et professionnalisme.
- Répondre aux questions des clients et leur donner des conseils sur les activités à découvrir dans la région pour rendre leur aventure mémorable.
- Assurer une communication claire avec les équipes de maintenance, de restauration et d'entretien pour garantir un fonctionnement sans accroc.
- Toutes autres tâches pour soutenir l'équipe de menage sur la place les jours de grande affluence
VOTRE PROFIL:
- Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et d'écoute, sens du service
- Personnalité amicale et accueillante, contribuant à une expérience client positive et mémorable.
- Maîtrise du francais et de l'anglais (écrit et oral) indispensable ; la connaissance d'une autre langue est un atout !
- Grande capacité d'organisation, capable de gérer plusieurs tâches et de définir efficacement les priorités.
- Aptitude à résoudre rapidement les problèmes, en restant calme sous pression et en trouvant des solutions créatives.
- Amour de la polyvalence, nos equipes s'aident et s'entraident entre services !

YOUR MISSION:
- Book and manage reservations using our internal software, ensuring a smooth experience for guests.
- Assist guests during check-in and check-out, welcoming them with a smile and making their stay memorable.
- Manage payments and cash, maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- Answer guests’ inquiries and provide tips and advice on activities to enjoy in the region, making their adventure unforgettable.
- Ensure clear communication with maintenance, restaurant, and housekeeping teams to guarantee seamless operations.
- Perform all other related tasks to support the housekeeping team
YOU ARE:
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills, with a genuine passion for helping others.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is a must; knowledge of French, Spanish or another language is a plus!
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently.
- Friendly and welcoming personality, creating a positive and memorable guest experience.
- Quick problem-solving abilities, staying calm under pressure, and finding creative solutions.
- Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in reservations, payments, and guest information.

Huttopia is an independent company, created in Lyon in 1999 by the Bossanne family, and born from their love of the great outdoors and a certain art of camping. Twenty three years later, the company runs nearly 90 sites in 7 countries under the Huttopia brand and the CityKamp and OnlyCamp groups.
Today, Huttopia has sites on 3 continents. Huttopia has been present in Europe for 23 years with a head office in Lyon, in North America for 12 years with a head office in Montreal and in China for 7 years with a head office in Shanghai.
Huttopia projects itself as a global brand in the field of ecotourism, representing a lifestyle and values that are respectful of nature and curious about other people’s cultures.
We made our first international debut in Canada in 2008, where we set up sites in the National Parks of Quebec through a partnership with the Sépaq. This allowed us to pitch about 500 Huttopia tents, in the form of bivouacs in about twenty National Parks. It was an immediate success, allowing the Sépaq to considerably expand its “ready-to-camp” business. Huttopia’s reputation exploded in Quebec. People started going “Huttopia” camping. This was the beginning of Huttopia’s North American adventure. Today we have a base camp in Montreal with a whole team of staff working on our development on this continent. With three Huttopia villages in operation in Quebec, New Hampshire and Maine, three sites under construction in the State of New York and two in California, Huttopia has taken off and is one of the main players in glamping holidays in the USA.
