About the Job
Joignez-vous à une équipe chaleureuse et polyvalente dans un environnement naturel exceptionnel. À titre de préposé(e) à l’entretien ménager, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel pour assurer le confort de nos visiteurs et leur faire vivre une expérience inoubliable en pleine nature.
Vos responsabilités

- Nettoyer, préparer et réapprovisionner les hébergements afin d’offrir un environnement propre, accueillant et confortable à chaque arrivée.
- Faire les lits et assurer la gestion de la literie et du linge afin de garantir le confort des visiteurs tout au long de leur séjour.
- Veiller à la propreté des espaces communs : blocs sanitaires, douches, aire d’accueil, bar et restaurant.
- Signaler tout besoin de réparation ou d’entretien afin de maintenir la qualité des installations.
Soutien aux opérations du site
- Prêter main-forte aux différentes équipes selon les besoins opérationnels.
- Participer au bon fonctionnement quotidien du site.
- Contribuer à offrir un service attentionné et une expérience positive à l’ensemble des visiteurs.
Le profil recherché
- Vous aimez travailler en nature et profiter du plein air.
- Vous êtes minutieux(se), organisé(e) et avez le souci du travail bien fait.
- Vous accordez une grande importance à la propreté et à la qualité du service.
- Vous êtes énergique et capable de travailler efficacement dans un environnement actif.
- Vous appréciez le travail d’équipe et n’hésitez pas à aider vos collègues lorsque nécessaire.
- Une expérience en entretien ménager, en hôtellerie ou en restauration constitue un atout, mais votre motivation et votre attitude positive sont tout aussi importantes.

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play an essential role in ensuring our guests' comfort and helping them enjoy an unforgettable experience surrounded by nature.
Your ResponsibilitiesHousekeeping (Primary Role)
- Clean, prepare, and restock accommodations to provide a clean, welcoming, and comfortable environment for every guest arrival.
- Make beds and manage linens and bedding to ensure guests' comfort throughout their stay.
- Maintain the cleanliness of common areas, including washroom facilities, showers, reception area, bar, and restaurant.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to help preserve the quality of our facilities.
Site Operations Support
- Assist various teams as operational needs arise.
- Contribute to the smooth day-to-day operation of the site.
- Help deliver attentive service and a positive experience for all visitors.
The Ideal Candidate
- Enjoys working outdoors and spending time in nature.
- Is detail-oriented, organized, and takes pride in a job well done.
- Values cleanliness and high-quality customer service.
- Is energetic and able to work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Enjoys teamwork and is always willing to lend a hand when needed.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or food service is an asset, but motivation and a positive attitude are equally important.

It was an immediate success, allowing the Sépaq to considerably expand its “ready-to-camp” business. Huttopia’s reputation exploded in Quebec. People started going “Huttopia” camping. This was the beginning of Huttopia’s North American adventure. Today we have a base camp in Montreal with a whole team of staff working on our development on this continent. With three Huttopia villages in operation in Quebec, New Hampshire and Maine, three sites under construction in the State of New York and two in California, Huttopia has taken off and is one of the main players in glamping holidays in the USA.
