En tant que Chef de cuisine du restaurant à l’Hôtel Horizon à Sutton, vous coordonnez les équipes et veillez au bon déroulement des opérations pour garantir une expérience client de qualité et le respect des standards de l’établissement. Tâches et responsabilités : Assurer la gestion courante du restaurant.

Conception de la carte et élaboration des plats tout en garantissant la qualité de la cuisine.
Gestion des groupes : réception, accueil, restauration.
Fidéliser la clientèle pour l’ensemble de l’établissement.
Participer à la vie quotidienne du restaurant (plancher et/ou cuisine).
Respecter les normes d’hygiène et de sécurité (certificat MAPAQ).
Gérer l’approvisionnement en nourriture et breuvages.
Gérer les inventaires, les commandes et les appels d’offres auprès de nouveaux fournisseurs.
Assurer le suivi des inventaires, des marges et du budget préétabli.
Assurer le suivi des factures.
Participation à l’élaboration des budgets.
Assurer l’utilisation optimale des installations et maximiser leur rentabilité.
Garantir la continuité du concept défini et le respect des normes Huttopia.
Participer à la promotion de l’établissement.

As the Kitchen Chef at Hotel Horizon in Sutton, you lead the team and ensure smooth operations of the Restaurant to provide guests with a top-notch experience while upholding the hotel’s standards. Tasks and Responsibilities :

Oversee the day-to-day management of the restaurant kitchen.
Design the menu and develop dishes while ensuring the quality of the cuisine.
Manage group bookings: reception, greeting, and dining services.
Build customer loyalty throughout the establishment.
Take part in the daily operations of the restaurant (front of house and/or kitchen).
Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards (MAPAQ certification required).
Manage the supply of food and beverages.
Oversee inventory, orders, and requests for proposals with new suppliers.

Ensure invoice follow-up.
